Please note, we have a no pets policy. We also have a strictly no smoking policy anywhere indoors. There is a covered area in the garden with ashtray if necessary.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house which is 6 guests.

As part of our commitment to providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, we kindly invite you to treat our space with care. This helps us ensure the continued maintenance for all future visitors. And we do want you back.😊 We ask our guests to remove their outdoor shoes and wear suitable indoor shoes. There are guest slippers hanging behind the kitchen door if needed. We appreciate your observance.

Bins Information

There are two indoor bins under the sink, one for refuse and the other for recyclables.

The weekly bins are located at the top of the road. Blue is for recyclables and green is for refuse.

There is a bin calendar to keep you right on the wall behind the kitchen door.

On the day of arrival we ask you to arrive any time after 4:00 p.m.

We ask you to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
