There are some excellent restaurants in Skye. For the very special ones, be prepared to travel.
One that is within walking distance and that I can recommend is The Sprig at The House of Juniper.

Closer to home for casual dining in Broadford and at the foot of the road there’s the Claymore Restaurant .They don’t take bookings. Note it gets busy. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g551872-d1536321-Reviews-Claymore_Restaurant-Broadford_Isle_of_Skye_The_Hebrides_Scotland.html
There’s the Hebridean which is on the main road back in the direction of the bridge it is open day time only so a good option for lunch.
Cafe Sia for pizzas coffees lunches brunches and evening meals. They also have a takeaway, Cafeway.
